About iTaoBuy, and about this food-shipping guide
The company behind iTaoBuy, what it puts in writing, where it fits a snack parcel, and how this independent guide checks itself.
What iTaoBuy is

iTaoBuy is a shopping agent: it buys on Taobao, Weidian, 1688 and similar Chinese marketplaces on your behalf, receives the goods at its warehouse in Guangdong, photographs them and posts them abroad on a route you choose. You pay the item, the domestic shipping and the international freight separately.
Its Terms of Use make the contracting party UK Sell Good Things Technology Co., Limited (UK company 16174547) and give an address at Chase Side, London, qualified in brackets: “This is not a returning address”. Companies House, the UK company register, lists a different registered office on Great Portland Street, and the app stores list the developer as HK Sell Good Things Technology Co., Limited. The Contact Us record and contract details shown here were read on 16 October 2026; an address in the terms is not an instruction to return goods there.
You can switch its interface between English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Chinese, and show prices in any of 21 display currencies. iTaoBuy’s own About page.
Why the paperwork matters for a snack parcel: the terms decide who you have a contract with if a dispute about a lost or seized parcel ever goes beyond customer service. For everyday questions, the support channels on the help page are the faster route.
Its written stance on counterfeit goods

iTaoBuy’s Anti-Counterfeiting Policy is short and unambiguous. “The purchase of counterfeit products is strictly prohibited.” The consequences it lists: it “may immediately suspend or terminate your purchase account (and any related accounts), dispose of any inauthentic products in our fulfillment centers at your expense, and/or withhold payments to you.” Reports about counterfeit listings are handled at [email protected].
For food the same idea appears in the Prohibited Items List, which marks counterfeit and shoddy food as undeliverable. Branded snacks bought from a brand’s own store are the simple case. Read the policy on iTaoBuy.
Snack parcels through iTaoBuy: the fit and the misfit

Start with what every shopping agent does: buy for you, store, photograph, ship. None of that is special to iTaoBuy, and none of it makes food easier.
What is different here is the paperwork. iTaoBuy published a food notice with named routes, a label rule, a shelf-life recommendation and a meat warning; its estimator exposes Food sub-categories you can test without an account; and it promises a reply to food questions within one business day. You can know the rules before paying.
When to use another plan: if your basket is mostly jerky, sausages or dairy, the notice and the destination pages are both against you. If you need chilli oil and crisps to the United States on one route, our readings found none. If you expect to return a snack, food is excluded. And if a local Asian grocer stocks the same brand, the shipping and the roughly 18% exchange margin may not be worth it.
Our upkeep routine for this guide

This guide exists because iTaoBuy’s food rules are spread over a notice, a storage page, a return table, a prohibited list and an estimator that disagree in places. We put them side by side, with dates, and added a tool that does the date arithmetic.
What we do differently from a list of links: every route reading on this site says the day, weight, box size and food sub-category it was taken with; raw responses are kept; and when something could not be checked, the page says so instead of filling the gap.
Outbound links are tested before publishing, and dead links are fixed or removed and noted in the log below. If you find one first, tell us.
Official channels and community feedback

iTaoBuy points shoppers to a Discord server, a Reddit community called r/itaobuyshare, and accounts on Instagram (@officialitaobuy), TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest. These are the channels its own site names; we list them so you know which accounts are official.
Community threads are useful for one thing in particular: recent experiences of a route. They are not useful for rules. A post saying that someone’s pork floss arrived is one parcel, on one day, past one officer; it does not change the notice’s warning or the destination page.
We have not collected or summarised community reports, and we do not publish ratings of iTaoBuy from any source.
